Dynasty Portrait ("we", "us") is operated by Gong Huiling, based in China. This policy explains what we collect when you use dynastyportrait.com and what we do with it. Contact: support@dynastyportrait.com.

Photos you upload

• We use your selfie(s) only to create the portrait you asked for.
• Uploaded selfies are stored privately and deleted automatically within 24 hours. We strip location and camera metadata on upload.
• Generated previews are stored privately and deleted after 7 days.
• We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never sell or share them for advertising.
• We do not create or store facial recognition templates or biometric identifiers.
• To generate images we send your photo to our AI processing provider (fal.ai, which runs models including OpenAI and Google image models). They process it only to return the result to us.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed. In couple mode you confirm that both people consented.

Account information

If you sign in with Google we receive your email address and basic profile from Google, used to keep track of your free previews and purchases. Sign-in is provided by Supabase.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us (such as email and what you bought) so we can deliver your portraits.

Technical data

We store a hashed (not raw) version of your IP address and a small cookie to prevent abuse of free previews, and essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and any remaining images at any time by emailing support@dynastyportrait.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your data; email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Dynasty Portrait is not intended for anyone under 16. Do not upload photos of children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
