The service

Dynasty Portrait turns photos you upload into AI-generated portraits in traditional Chinese styles. Results are created by AI and will vary; they are artistic interpretations, not exact photographs, and may not perfectly match your likeness or historical dress.

Your photos and consent

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission.
• Do not upload photos of children, public figures you don't represent, or anyone without consent.
• Do not use the service to create misleading, sexual, hateful, harassing or unlawful content, or to impersonate anyone.
• We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your portraits

You own the portraits you create and may use them for personal and social-media purposes. Free previews carry a watermark. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process your photos and deliver your portraits. We do not use your photos or portraits for marketing unless you explicitly agree.

Free previews and purchases

Free previews are limited per person and may change. Paid packs are one-time purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in USD before checkout; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. See our Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
