Refund Policy

We want you to love your portraits. Because every pack uses real AI processing the moment you generate, here is how refunds work. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through them to your original payment method.

Full refund

• You haven't generated any HD portraits from your pack yet — request within 14 days of purchase.
• A technical problem on our side stopped your portraits from being delivered and we can't fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Partial refund or redo

If some portraits came out clearly wrong (for example a distorted face or broken image), email us within 14 days with the order email. We'll re-generate them for free or refund the unused part of your pack.

Not covered

Portraits that were delivered as described but don't match your personal taste, since results are AI artistic interpretations and you can try free previews before buying.

How to ask

Email support@dynastyportrait.com with your order email and what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
